When you are eating healthy, taking vitamins will boosten your health and strengthen your immune system. I used to take this when I was younger and the pills were just a tiny little thing, so did not mind taking them as I can't swallow large pills very well.  Zinc is a vitamin that is supposedly suppose to help with your immune system, and I fully agree to that statement.  I have been taking Zinc, not every single day, but almost every day and i will say I have had no colds which I usually get this time of year from here or there.  The pills are a little bit bigger than when I used to take them, but if it keeps me from getting a cold then I have to say I will continue to take them just because of that, not to mention all of the other good things that it does with reproductive and also your energizes your metabolism.  So yes I will reccommend this to anyone that listens because it does work for me.  You can get coupons for this product as well, so makes it less expensive for those wanting to save.

Spring Valley Zinc is used for a number of different things including improving your Immune health.  I use it for thispurpose also, but it was recommended to me to alleviate my problem with psoriasis.  And it works!  A couple of years ago I had psoriasis very bad all over my body;  I had red itchy patches everywhere, including my hair.  It was awful, I was constantly scratching my arms, legs and head.  I started taking 50mg of Spring Valley Zinc once a day and my psoriasis has virtually disappeared.  I occasionally get a patch pop up on my leg or arm, but are just small areas that go away in a few days.  But, if I go three or four days without taking Spring Valley Zinc, I start to break out again and it ain't pretty.  The caplet is small and easy to swallow.  They come 200 caplets to a bottle so you don't have to buy it every month.  So if you have a problem with psoriasis give it a try...you have nothing to loose and freedom from itching to look forward to.
