Didn't help me much

I have a condition called POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) which causes me to have poor circulation and to get super tired. I had heard on the radio of how B-12 supplements can help POTS patients with their tiredness and circulation. So, I decided to give Spring Valley Sublingual B-12 2500 mcg supplement a try. I took one pill a day and hated the taste. You are suppose to leave the tablet under your tongue for 30 seconds to get it to dissolve before swallowing. I had to take a drink of water as soon as the 30 seconds were up, to get the bad after taste the B-12 supplement left in my mouth. I ended up taking the supplement for 2 months and I honestly didn't feel any difference. The Spring Valley B-12 supplement was suppose to help boost my metabolism, but it still left me feeling tired. I didn't feel any boost of energy. My condition causes me to get light headed and dizzy from having such poor circulation. But, the supplement didn't really help with my poor circulation symptoms. If the Spring Valley B-12 supplement did work with my circulation problem, then it was just too small to notice any major difference. I was a little disappointed that the Spring valley B-12 2500 mcg supplement didn't help me with my circulation and tiredness problem. Even though it didn't work for me doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you.

This vitamin really seems to be helping my son who has autism!

I have had my son who is seventeen on some type of vitamins throughout his childhood. We have tried many brands that are incredibly expensive and supposedly beneficial to children on the autism spectrum! I have never been positive that any vitamins were successful in treating his symptoms but this B-12 does appear to be helping my son control his stress and anxiety! We have been using this product for the last three months and I can honestly say that my son is having less incidents of frustration and aggression! I initially started him on B-12 because I read in several medical journals that canker sores may be the result of a deficiency in vitamin B. My son has always been prone to canker sores which can be very painful and difficult to heal. This vitamin has helped decrease his problem with canker sores as well. I am always skeptical regarding claims that a vitamin treatment can actually make any significant behavioral changes in a person with autism but for some reason this vitamin B-12 actually does seem to be beneficial! I am hoping to continue to see positive results!

Ups my energy levels and keeps me going

I work an erratic schedule on my job, sometimes days, sometimes nights.  This leaves me feeling a little bit drained at times because I don't always get the rest I need at night.  I over heard some co-workers talking about the benefits of using sub lingual B-13 supplements to give themselves a little boost of energy so I decided to give it a shot.

From the first time I used these dots I noticed a difference.  I am not a morning person by nature and usually feel sluggish when I have to work an early morning shift.  But after taking one of these dots before heading to work I found that I was ready to start the day with pep.  A second dot taken during my lunch break kept my energy up for the rest of the day.

Unlike most supplements that have to work their way through the digestive system before starting to work these get to work right away.  They are small grape flavored pills that you place under your tongue and let melt there.  The B-12 is absorbed into the blood vessels their and is instantly in your system.  The recommended dosage is 1-3 per day.  I have made them a part of my daily vitamins regimen and would suggest these to anyone who is looking for a safe natural energy boost that does not leave you jittery  or feeling crashed later.

Changes my outlook!

About a year ago I felt very down, bordering on depressed.  I was irritable and grouchy and wasn't treating people well.  I went to the doctor and they drew blood.  Everything was normal except my B vitamin count was a little low.  I was a skeptic and didn't think a vitamin would change my mood and my outlook on life.  I was wrong.  It took a few days to take effect, but once it did I was a better mom, wife, and woman.  I had a lot more energy and a lot better attitude when dealing with kids who draw on my floor, plug up my toilets, refuse to nap and change their diapers themselves.  It takes a lot of patience to be a mom of 3 young kids and this sublingual b12 really, really helps me.  Last Christmas I put it in my parents and sister's stockings on Christmas morning.  They thought I was crazy, but my sister started taking it and noticed a difference immediately.  She had a ton of energy within a few hours!

Spring Valley Sublingual b-12 2500 mcg supplement is the best on the market.  They are easy  and pleasant to take.  Promotes energy throughout the day.  I sometimes take two; one in the morning and one in the evening before dinner.

Spring Valley Sublingual B-12: Easy to take and absorb

A few years ago while sitting in my doctor's office I was browsing some health magazine and came upon an artical that recommended taking daily supplements of Vitamins B-6, B-12 and Folic acid as a heart health regimen.  Research had recently been shown that this combination of vitamins were successful in lowering the level of **Homocysteine***, *a commonly found amino acid in our blood.

Too high a level of Homocysteine has been demonstrated to be detremental to heart function and in particular coronary arteries.  Well having undergone a quintuple coronary by-pass just a few years earlier, the article caught my attention.

**Discussion with my Doctor**

Fortunately, my physician was familiar with the research and explained that high levels of **Homocysteine **caused irritation to the walls of coronary and other arteries.  The combination of the three vitamins significantly lower **Homocysteine **levels. 

From my pont of view there wasn't much to think about.  Each of the three of these vitamins is commonly available and inexpensive.  His recommendation for B-12 was a supplement of 2000mcg or greater, once daily.

**Capsule or Sublingual Tablet?**

Apparently there has been somedebate going on for years about the best way to administer B-12.  Injections of B-12 is quite common, but really, not particularly practical for a daily supplement.  For supplements in the range of 500mcg or higher it has been found that a sublingual tablet is the next most effective means of administration.  Who am I to argue?

For most individuals it's unusual to have an actual deficiency of vitamin B-12.  But, since it is predominantly found in animal and dairy products vegans and vegetarians are often advised to take a B-12 Supplement.

My Viewpoint

When a contribution to your heart health is this easy to find and to administer it's a no-brainer for me.  I recommend this product.
