I was asking my doctor for a vitamin or supplement that would provide me with antioxidants and he suggested that I take green tea, he said that not only would it give the antioxidants but it stood the very real possibility of increasing of supply of energy and as a busy mom of 3, I need that. As a plus, they are very easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.
