I have been taking Biotin with Keratin for about a month now and this is the first time I am really happy with a vitamin. I have allergies and normally will get a rash if I take a vitamin for too long, but with Biotin I have had no problems at all. In fact when I hit menopause I kept breaking out around my chin area and it drove me nuts. Now that I take Biotin it's all gone. I am thrilled with the results. My skin seems so much better than before. It doesn't upset my stomach at all. Since I take 10,000 mcg I do not take it daily. I feel that it's a powerful dose and it's not necessary to take it daily. So I take it 3 times a week and that's plenty. My nails are growing faster than ever before and my hair looks healthier too. It's only been a short time, but I can tell that my hair is growing. Wow! I do recommend this vitamin to anyone who has similar problem like mine, but do your research because everyone is different. Or ask a Doctor to make sure. Hope this helps you. :)

I bought this product because I had really damaged hair my hair use to be nice and curly but after dying it and bleaching it every month I had enough I bought shampoos oils ect. Nothing worked so someone told me to take prenatal pills I didn't want to risk my health so I got this instead and a week after my hair suddenly came back to its curls and it's growing my nails are strong! My sisters are using it cause they noticed the difference. I also smashed about 20 pills in to powder and put it in my shampoo so that's a great boost.

I've noticed a lot of changes in my body since I took biotin. I've noticed stronger healthier hair, and better skin. Note, that if you've noticed breakouts or very minute changes, it's because biotin is water soluble and you have to keep your body hydrated, you must drink A LOT of fluid and you'll experience biotin a lot better IF you are having trouble.

I really like this biotin. The real reason why I bought this biotin is because it said it will help stimulate hair growth. After about 3 months of usage I hair started to get healthier and stronger and it even grew. Since my hair my hair is coarser and curlier it really help my hair stop breakage and shed less. So I had retain more length using this biotin. I took a less stronger one which was only 1,000 mcg and it didn't really do the trick. But these are way bigger and they aren't soft gels so their hard to swallow. And this had keratin which is plus if you have damaged or dyed hair. Even though it takes a long time the key with products are patience. I didn't even know it but 2 months flew by and I had to repurchase. It even help my nails which are usually little stubs because I bite my nails a lot. So now my nails are strong and healthy and very hard to bite now;). But all jokes aside I really like this and planning to buy again when I run out.

I absolutely love this stuff! It has helped me out in the hair department wicked quick like. These little soft gels are like hairicale grow. I personally use the 10,000mcg, while it says its a once a day pill, you cannot overdose on biotin...So doubling up for the first 2 weeks is a great way to jump start the substance. Once in the morning and once at night, always with food and a decent amount of water. This will force your system to take as much of the vitamin as possible before flushing the rest out in your urine. Now, I know while all of this sounds great its hard to just go off of a bunch of words. I am going to give you some date length stats... My Sister and Myself- Started Sept. 23 SISTER -1st check on Oct.1 - 1/2IN GROWTH / MYSELF - 1st check on Sept. 30- 3/4IN GROWTH SISTER - 2nd check on Oct. 5 / MYSELF - 2nd check on Oct 5 (early for review) we both checked this morning and she is at a full inch of growth, while I am pushing by her at almost a full 2 inches. I wish I could add picture for you ladies. these pills are fantastic, they have cleared up my sisters skin and have helped her hair to become far more calm. My hair is keeping its oils longer and helping my frizz top to be a bit more manageable(spanish girl curls are always a beast ALWAYS). All in all even while taking my other supplements I have noticed an amazing change in the last 2 weeks of taking the biotin(doubled for first 14 days.) -my step mom is a hair dresser she is who first recommended biotin and the doubling method so if you are curious or thinking about biotin ask your hair dresser(i know women are close to their hair dressers), they will be able to give you all the info you'll need to go buy some same day! good growth luck everyone.
