Spring Air Never Turn Mattress Review

Let me begin by saying that I have a back condition called Scoliosis, which causes me a great deal of pain each day.  If I don't have a supportive mattress to sleep on, I have back spasms that keep me up all night long.  With that said, my husband and I had been sleeping on an old mattress that needed replaced.  We had been shopping for a new mattress for awhile, and could not find one that we both thought was comfortable and was at a price we could afford.

On a whim, I paid a visit to our local furniture store.  I noticed a mattress that was sitting higher than all the other mattresses and jumped on.  As soon as I felt it I said, "THIS IS IT!".  I knew it.  THIS was the mattress that we needed to have in our home, and price didn't matter.  Much to my surprise the mattress was affordable too!  It must have been our lucky day!!

For just under $ 600.00 we went home with a Spring Air Never Turn Mattress and box spring set.  Now, that was a sale price, and I honestly can't say what full price would have been, but regardless....I would have paid it.  The bed was soft but supportive, firm but luxurious, and had a pillow top feature that makes it feel like you are sleeping on a supportive cloud. 

That was five years ago, and even now....our Spring Air Never Turn Mattress is so comfortable, so supportive....it is a pleasure to crawl into bed every night!  My mother has a very expensive mattress set on her bed, but it cannot compare to the comfort that our Spring Air Never Turn Mattress provides.  I will never own another mattress.

Until the day I purchased our bed, I had never heard of a Never Turn mattress.  What is it?  To be honest, I don't understand how it works, or how it never sags in the middle or gets worn out, but it doesn't.  You never have to flip it over, but it has consistently given both my husband and I the support we need in a comfortable manner.  When he gets up out of the bed, my side doesn't move!  When he rolls over, my side doesn't move!  We can both be comfortable at the same time, and there is no sag in between us.  The bed is level and supportive everywhere on the mattress.

The Spring Air Never Turn Mattress claims that it is so well engineered and made of such high quality materials that it resists body impressions for years without ever having to be turned over.  (Remember, we have had our mattress for FIVE YEARS and I can attest to this claim being 100% true) 

Another claim that is made by Spring Air Never Turn Mattress is that there is very little motion disturbances or transfers, meaning that because of the way the mattress is engineered, the mattress doesn't move much when more than one person is sleeping on it.  Again, after having this mattress for FIVE YEARS, I can attest that this claim is also 100% true!

Spring Air also claims that the Never Turn Mattress offers a more supportive sleep.  The mattress is designed with one side made for support and the other made for comfort. I would definitely agree with this claim.  As I said, I've never slept on a more comfortable mattress in my life - including mattresses that cost a lot more money.

Spring Air also claims that the Never Turn Mattress has a firmer sitting edge and more sleeping space than a standard mattress.  The extended sleep space comes from the ENTIRE mattress being firm and supportive, not dipping at the edges.  I also 100% agree with both of these claims.  Even on the very edge of the mattress, you get full support.  The mattress sits up much higher than a regular mattress because it is SO supportive.  When you sit down, it doesn't bow or drop, it stays in place.

The Spring Air Never Turn Mattress has antimicrobial fibers weaved into the pillow top quilt.  Thus, if you have a reaction to allergens in the home, this is a good choice because it hold less allergens than regular mattresses.  The antimicrobial fibers help resist the growth of dust mites, bacteria, mildew and mold, and so on.  TIP - You can protect your mattress entirely from dust mites, pollen, and other allergens by encasing it in a protective mattress case. 

Finally, Spring Air claims that there is virtually no roll together for couples.  The ability to keep the mattress at an even level is achieved with the implication of tempered spring systems and the extended life foundation.  In addition, there are back supporters within the mattress that help reduce roll together virtually entirely.  Again, I 100% agree with this claim.  There is roughly a one hundred pound difference between my husband and I, so when he rolled over on our old mattress, my side of the bed dipped and slopped over.  But with the Spring Air Never Turn Mattress, it NEVER happens.  We are both always comfortable.

Bottom Line - You need this mattress!  It's supportive, it's affordable, it's attractive, it's luxurious, and it is the perfect mattress for couples.
