Spring Air ComfortFlex Mattress Review Summary

Reviewers agree the Spring Air ComfortFlex Mattres is "very soft and comfortable," yet they also agree it sags a little. They just disagree about why. This Spring Air mattress has a "pretty thick pillow top," meaning it requires deep-fitting sheets, yet while some think the sag in the ComfortFlex mattress is from the stuffing being adjusted over time, others believe it's because the users exceed the recommened weight limit. The Spring Air also makes a great gift, with one gift-giver now having the gratification of her mom saying "it's the best gift I ever gave her." For some, they just can't look past the sag in the mattress, no matter how it got there. Check out the other mattresses that have been reviewed if you can't get past the sag either.

The ComfortFlex mattress is spring mattress with a pretty thick pillow top.  Overall, the mattress is very deep and requires deep fitting sheets.  I don't mind this because my kids can't get on the bed without some help.

The mattress is great if you like the feeling of sleeping on a large puffy pillow. ...

I bought my King Size Spring Air Ellison mattress in November 2007.  I called the place I bought it within the 90 day period in which you can exchange if you have issues because it was making huge sinks where we sleep.  I am 5 foot 1 and weigh 120 pounds so not fat at all and my husband is 5'11 and...

First off, I bought this mattress like 3 days before my wife had our first child. She is picky and would not let me buy something cheap, or uncomfortable. This mattress is comfortable and I still love it. I sleep soundly everynight, and I was in the Army when I bought this! Very stressful days were whisked away on this comfortable mattress.

The sides are built to last, its like sleeping on a pillow of air. I read some bad reviews about this mattress and laugh. These people either each weigh over 350 pounds or easily exceed the recommended weight limit for a queen size bed. I swear, for the $750.00...

My Spring Air Comfort Flex "Ellison" mattress was a warranty replacement for another Spring Air mattress that failed.

After only 3 months of use, my new Spring Air mattress "Ellison" has failed in the same way that the original mattress failed. It is sagging in the middle, and I can see dips in the mattress. I am not an overweight person by any means, and have never had a problem with other brands. I toss and turn all night and wake up exhausted.

This mattress does not have a pillow top, and I was told that I don't need to turn or flip the mattress. I have turned and flipped the mattress anyway...

My parents-in-law bought this bed after we did because they liked the bed initially, but three months into it our bed started sagging heavily in the middle. We've had it 2 years now and It's gotten to the point where we can't lay flat on either sides of our bed because we're rolling towards the middle from the worst sag I've ever seen in a mattress. Both of us wake up in pain in the morning, and don't get much sleep some nights because of it.

Our parents had the exact same problem, only worse! They called and had it replaced with the same mattress after less than 6 months and it STILL hasn't gotten...

I recently purchased the Spring Air ComfortFlex Mattress for my Mom as her' mattress was getting shabby. I have to say..for the price, I was very pleased. It's extrememly comfortable and my Mom is very happy! I like the fact that you can sit on the very edge of the bed and it stays nice and firm. Mom says she's sleeping like a baby now. I would recommend this mattress to anyone. This will be my next mattress for sure!
