Now I Can Sleep Through The Night!

Overall
Rated 5 out of 5

I finally gave in to my husband's pleas for a new mattress and I am so glad that I did. I have a chronic spinal cord disease and I assumed I would always wake up with pain during the middle of the night because of it. I never even thought a new mattress could make a difference. The very first night after my husband set up our Spring Air Back Supporter Mattress was the first time in five years where I slept the whole night. I was in amazement. I was thankful for the amount of relief that I got with this set. Air Spring really turned out to be a blessing. I am not cured but am always grateful for less pain. Made from eco-friendly materials makes Spring Air Mattresses better for the c...

Sears spring air mattress was not a good buy for me

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

I recently bought a Sears Spring Air mattress and I am so sorry I did. The first one I picked out was so uncomfortable I had to sit in a chair at night. The mattress made my legs go numb, then I called to have that one returned in exchange for another and had to go back to the store where I bought the first one, the salesman lied to me telling me I had to purchase the second one then when they delivered the second one they would refund my  money, I told him I did not believe him and called the return number on my receipt and was told that was not true. The salesman told me he was worried about the money that he would lose.  I asked them how soon they could deliver  the  new mattress and was told it would take at least a week and a half, even after I told them I was sleeping in a chair at night, it did not make a difference.  I was told I would still have to wait the 10 to 14 days.

I wil never do business with Sears again for anything.

Well, at least they look pretty.

I purchased the Spring Air Carini Infiniti double pillow top mattress and box springs in Rome, Georgia. I had intended to buy another name brand which has the air pockets in it, but won't mention the name here. However, upon laying on this mattress at the store, all thoughts of any other mattress went out the window because it was so comfortable. So, I bought it immediately. Well, a few months later, it started feeling as though some metal pieces, which had to be the coil springs, were poking me through the top of the mattress. I rolled, tossed, and turned for weeks. I finally contacted the store where I purchased it, who was no help whatsoever in giving me an exchange. They d...

Buy from a different brand! I started with an Englander and it sagged in the middle the instant I got it. I traded it for a Spring Air (not knowing it was the same company). A month after sleeping on the Spring Air me and my husband felt like we needed ice axes to prevent us from rolling into the middle. The sides have no give and the middle is weak. We both are experiencing back pain as a result. There is no way to flip the mattress all you can do it spin it hoping the other direction will be better, which it isn't. Buy a different brand. For $1000 there can't be anything worse. A budget hotel mattress sleeps better than these two mattresses.

ONCE AGAIN JUST NOT A GOOD QUALITY BED. MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTION IS TERRIBLE AND PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT AT ALL LIKE THE IN STORE SAMPLE. COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR THAT POSITION AND WILL KEEP SAYING THEY DO NOT WARRANTY COMFORT EVEN IF IT IS A RESULT OF MANUFACTURE.

STAY CLEAR DO NOT PURCHASE! BAD WARRANTY... False advertisement. Not worth the back, neck, shoulder, hip ache you will get.

It sagged within 2 months.

The Spring Air mattress with one side pillow top sagged within 2 months and is MUCH worse than the one it replaced.  It has been one year and we have had it.  We gave over 900 dollars and it was a dud!

Help! Sinking & can't get up- Spring Air Marathon Plush Mattress

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

I purchased the Spring Air Marathon Plush Mattress in 2005. It is supposed to have a ten year warranty. The mattress began sagging in 6 months. The pitting and sagging began in the side where I sleep and I only weigh 90 lbs! I turned the mattress every few months as recommended but it didn't help. After two years the mattress visibly sags in the middle.

I called Spring Air after 6 months to come out, inspect, and replace the mattress but because it had a water stain on the mattress they would not replace it. The Spring Air inspector tried to blame the water stain as being the cause of the sagging. The water stain was caused by my boyfriend going to bed with wet hair. The inspector's analysis does not make since the mattress began sagging on my side of the bed and then it began sagging in the middle of the bed. The middle of the bed sags so deeply now I feel as if I am being swallowed. It is a very poorly made mattress.

Don't buy it if you like a firm bed!

Overall

This was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on.  From the very first night that we had the mattress until we returned it and purchased a new one (not spring air) 37 days later I did not have one good night of sleep and I was in constant pain.  I have never had problems sleeping on any other mattress but had shoulder, neck and back pain every day while sleeping on the Spring Air back supporter Pacifica Mattress that we bought through Costco.  Thank God for Costco's return policy so we were able to return this mattress and purchase a great one (Stearns & Foster) through Sleepy's.  I have had the new mattress for 3 days and my pain is gone.

If you DO buys one, make sure the return policy is good before trying it out.

On the flip side, the Spring Air customer service was very good and made the return process much easier than I feared might be.

Do Not Buy It, unless you like throwing money away

Overall

I bought the 'Sedona' ."Back Supporter" (what a joke) King size

like many others, mine lasted 2 years before caving in, with a nice big 'Hill' in the middle....And since i know you have to have a Masters Degree in Circus Acrobatics to get any mattress co to make amends on their product, i'm not wasting my time. I'm just gonna sell it..CHEAP.......Just like it got it

Remember, all mattress companies slap many different names on the same mattress; sell it under those different names at different stores, thats why price comparison shopping is so difficult

i'll never buy from them again

P.S. how come there are no handles sewn in the sides !?!?

 P.S.S....Uhhh yeah..It sucks

The second worst mattress I have ever owned.

Overall
Rated 2 out of 5

We just moved from Alaska to Utah and ended up having to get rid of everything.  We replaced all of our major furniture once we moved in and didn't spend the time we should have on choosing a mattress.  I am so disappointed in this mattress.  We haven't slept well since we bought it.  We have only had it about six months but I want a new mattress.  The pillowtop is so thick that it is nearly impossible to find sheets to fit without spending hundreds of dollars on a single set.  I found a nice set of sheets that have pockets that are 18" deep and they won't stay on the thing.  The mattress sags so badly in places I can't believe it's brand new.  We even turned the box springs sideways because we thought they were the culprits...nope...it's the mattress.  We'll try putting some 3/4" plywood between the mattress and the box springs before calling the manufacturer...I just don't see this one getting any better.

The spring air mattress is the best night's sleep

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I bought the spring air mattress two weeks ago and I have never had such a good night's rest. I have had back problems for quite some time now and have never really been able to sleep thru the night. I have tried other mattresses and mattress pads and never got good results until now. The first night on the bed was like heaven. I was so suprised when I got up the next morning that I didn't awake during the night. I don't have to take any sleeping pills any more to help me sleep thru the night. I just lay down on this awsome bed and i am able to sleep thru the whole night without waking up with back pain. I am in love with my new bed. I would recomend this bed to anyone who want's a good night's sleep. Give it a try and you will find out for yourself how much better you sleep. No more groggy morning's for me.

This mattress sucks!

Overall
Rated 1 out of 5

My husband and I bought a Spring Air mattress after we had a housefire in 2005.  At first we loved this mattress but after about 6 months of using this mattress on our Queen size Sleigh bed, it has become a horrible thing to sleep on.  First it dips in the middle and the sides have no support.  So I called Spring Air and they sent out a representative with a stupid broom handle and a ruler.  He told me that my bed was the problem and that the mattress was fine, even though after only 6 months it dips considerably in the middle causing my husband and I to roll into one another on a daily basis. The rep. said that didnt matter, that Spring Air only wants to see how much the mattress dips when someone ISN'T laying on it, they don't rate them with two people's body weight on the mattress. So needless to say DO NOT BUY THIS P.O.S mattress.

I am currently looking to get a memory foam mattress.

The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

Spring Air mattress. My husband and I slept in a super king water bed for many, many years. Finally, we decided to purchase a new bed and the search began. We tried the Temp-r-pedic which was very nice but several thousand dollars! Then we laid down on the Spring Air and it was perfect. We opted for the adjustable since we are TV watchers with the massage feature. We chose 2 extra long singles and placed them side by side which eqates into a king size bed so we didn't lose any space. The company came in and set the beds up with the massage etc. All we had to do was put on the sheets and enjoy! We've had our Spring Air beds for about 8 months now and we love them!!!! Oh and the cost... $2,100 for both beds, mattresses and the electronics. So worth every cent!!! Thank you Spring Air:)

Spring Air Mattress, got a have it!

Overall
Rated 4 out of 5

I started having back problems, and restless nights.  I friend suggested that maybe I need to purchase a new mattress.  At first I thought she didn't know what she was talking about it.  And I went to the doctor, I have to say after several visits and still nothing, I decided to take her advice and go on a hunt for a new mattress.  At first I thought I was going to get a serta,  but when I laid down on it, it wasn't too comfortable to me.  So I purchased a spring air mattress and to my surprise this mattress is awesome.  No more restless nights.....Try it and you will see that it's worth every dollar. No more restless nights, not more backaches.  I am free.  I would recommend this brand to everyone.

Burn baby burn

Overall

Spring Air mattress...what a horrible name; the quality is poor at best.   I had this bed approx 4 months  and started having problems.  I cared for this bed exactly as instructed in the manual.  I did not ever receive a list of items that would void my warrenty, but was told by the rep, I did.  Now why would I purchase a 1000.00 product whose warrenty would be voided on the spot?  So, 3 months later, after filling out 8 pages of questionaire and relying on my art work; I was told by the horrible representative at Spring Air that our warrenty was void.

We have a log cabin bed that weighs 400 pounds.  Hubby and I weigh about 1...
