Spot Shot Carpet Stain Remover — 

As long as you use Spot Shot RIGHT AWAY, it works wonders.  Otherwise, it doesn't seem to do the BEST job -- at least for me.  I usually catch stuff right away, so I'm almost always able to get up stains.  I'd have to say it's a wonderful product, if you're quick enough to get to the spill/stain as soon as it happens.
