Sportscraft Tx2.5 Treadmill Review

I purchased this treadmill right after Christmas and this is a decent treadmill for the price. I was able to put it together myself by propping it up against something and I'm just over 105lbs myself but strong and determined to get something together. I bought it to use everyday and after the 7th time I heard a knocking noise from the motor and it was loud.
I called the company and they told me to put some silicone under the belt and see if that worked. It didn't and then was told it was the roller in motor and it had to be replaced and they had some other calls about this happening. They said something could have happened during the shipment from Asia to store. Warranty is 3 years so can be replaced BUT the part isn't going to be available until MAY!! SO.....I have the option to return the Heavy treadmill to the store which is INCONVENIENT but I will because I want to workout daily now not wait until summer. Wal-mart will assemble for free they said so I may have them do that but hope they will be careful and not damage the motor. If the 2nd one messes up I won't buy this treadmill again but when it works is worth the price and a decent treadmill. Now got to find someone with a truck and to help me get this out of the house and the new one in. What an inconvenience!
Do look for Warranty information on the motor etc. when you buy equipment and Walmart has a 90 day policy to return to store and after that it is your problem to deal with, remember that too...And in future when you may need a part may take Months before it is available but that could happen with other companies also.
