I am a scientist at heart and have a BS in toxicoogy. So trust me when I say that Splenda is the brand to use when comparing it to other sweetners. Equal is a brain toxicant, saccharin has its own hazards to your health. Splenda is rapidly excreted in your system through urine and feces and is about 400 times stronger than your regulr tablespoon of sugar. Therefore, you do not even have to use the whole packet! definetly recommended.
