I'll keep this short. Today is saturday. On monday I took the first round trip flight to Florida from Boston. Didn't arrive on time, no big deal. I left Friday morning, flight left late and again arrived late.

I go to retieve my luggage, it never shows up, there are no Spirit Representatives around, I and several other passangers wait at the AirPort for an HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES, before we finally find a rep, who happens to be strolling by sipping on a straw of her cup of soda. Great, they seem to only have one spirit employee at the entire AirPort and she was on an at least an hour and a half lunch break. By the way, the other passangers and I who waited, tried asking around for help.. other employees of other airlines, knew the one and only spirit employee and tried calling her for the entire time we waited.

 I find out they forgot to load one of my bags onto the flight, will be on the next flight 10 hours later.. great. 10 hours passes, no call. It is now, saturday, today. I finally recieved a word about my package via voicemail while I'm sleeping, they will delivery my luggage, a day late and unexpected.. which would be great, except I am not home. I tried calling 16 times, no answer. I call the 1800 number, I get the long recorded messages, every option I get (#1 - #4) I press, after asking if I speak english, hangs up the phone or leaves a busy signal.

So cancel many of my plans and it's been about 9 hours sinse the call and I'm still waiting.

Spirit Air has wasted 3 hours of my life, lost my luggage which I'm still waiting for, won't answer their phones, hangs up on their customers, hires only one employee, doesn't have a rep, when all other air lines had a rep, at luggage claim.

I will never fly via Spirit and I will passionately let everyone I know who considers them to completely avoid them. Hopefully I get my luggage today, but I doubt I will. At the very least I hope after hours and hours trying to reach someone, ANYONE at spirit, I will be able to talk to someone who will help.

Do not fly Spirit unless you don't mind risking your time and personal belongings. There are other Airlines who might make mistakes, but at least someone is there to help.

Spirit will gladly take your money to book a flight, but once you've paid and travelled, they disappear.
