Moon Sand looks very appealing on the commercials. It is indeed fun to squish around in your hands, like playdough. However, my 3 and 6 year olds found it very difficult to actually mold anything with the sand as it shows in the pictures. In addition, as it is a sand-like material, we found it difficult to clean up. It was all over the floor and ground into one of my rugs. We only played with it a couple of times before we threw it out. It was just too much of a hassle.
