My daughter loves Moon Sand, but I hate it!

buying for a preschooler, buying classic toys, buying educational toys, buying for a kindergardener
Pros

    Doesn't dry out, Doesn't stick or stain, easily moldable

Cons
    Messy!, Sandbox is a little too small, not for indoors!

Spinmaster Moon Sand - All — 

Moon Sand is one of those toys that parents love to hate. While my daughter loves the fact that is it easily moldable and will not dry out, I really dislike the mess that comes from this toy. Moon Sand does hold together for molding purposes, but it breaks apart into tiny pieces easily too. I would not recommend Moon Sand as an indoor toy. Using it in an outside play area would be ideal. Overall, I probably will not buy Moon Sand again for my daughter. We will stick with regular sand in the sand box.
