Spiderman 3 is one too many

Plot: Once again Spiderman is fighting evil. This time it's not only with villains but with himself when an evil entity takes over the good in Spiderman.
Some inside story: Parkers old friend Harry is still out to get him for his fathers death. Parker finds out that someone else actually killed his father and is now out for revenge fueling the dark matter taking him over. He's consumed by hate and rage and gives into evil and its power. An escaped convict runs into a hazardous area and becomes a villainous sand monster.
What I though: The black suit makes Spiderman mean and cocky and it seemed real tacky to me as a cocky Peter Parker. It was down right annoying. Not the best Spiderman. There are new characters but it didn't seem like a fresh take. The story's starting to get old. I just hope they don't make anymore "Spiderman" movies. There are lots of stories off the main one. The beginning was good then it just seemed to drag on.
Will Spiderman turn good to save the day? And will he get help from a long time foe?
