First of all, my five year old son loves Spiderman, so he is pretty easy to please.  In fact, we do not go to the theater at all, and so he has not sat thru a long movie in the theaters until this one.  That being said, all of our group's youngsters loved this one, even the girls who claimed to not be fans.  The adults enjoyed it also, even the "lame" singing/dancing numbers.  It was slightly different from the first two,  with better effects of course, but the same basic love story line with new villians. Topher Grace's character made us laugh, and it was refreshing. Overall, we adults liked the movie, but it is mainly for the kids in our family.  Saw it the weekend it came out, bought the DVD right away, too.
