Penzeys vanilla
I learned about Penzeys spices on a WW message board about 3 years ago. Penzey's has several stores, but non where I live here in Georgia. seasonally they send repeat customers a lovely magazine with every spice available as well as several excellent tried and true recipes submitted by other readers. My first online order was for a 16oz bottle of Pure Vanilla Single Strength extract. I had no idea how large 16oz was!!! I thought that I would NEVER have to order vanilla again. I was WRONG!! Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning
I am a major foodie and a passionate cook, so I love having a cupboard filled with different spices and seasonings for all my cooking needs. My husband and I both love spicy food, so Cajun's Choice Blackened Seasoning is used pretty frequently in my home.
Even though this seasoning is called a "blackened" seasoning, you don't have to use it for that purpose. Although it does make great blackened fish and chicken, it could also be used as a spicy, more flavorful alternative to cayenne pepper.
