I went from giving a 0 star to a 4 star and hope next time a 5 star. The first time I received my items THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS DAMAGED!! They literallly just put everything in a box and one piece of bubble wrap on top. They all slid around cracked, snapped and broke. They charged almost $100 for shipping and no pride was taken the first time around. I emailed the company and they immediately reshippped the entire order all items individually wrapped in boxes and seecure and not one piece was snapped, cracked or broken. Lets hope my future orders are packaged this way.

They've asked me to write this review for a product that didn't show up with everything together. I'm still waiting for the verticals to actually hold the brackets for the shelves, but nothing yet. I'd make sure your customers actually receive their items before you ask them to review a product, because as of right now, and the delayed delivery times, I'm not real impressed.

The only issue was that the company asked for a review before we got the item. I was worried it was lost. I had a vinyl backing made for the newsstand the very day it came and it is already in place in a local store.
