A flavor punch you just have to munch

I tried the Special K Strawberry Protein Meal Replacement Bar, and I absolutely LOVED it. It has such a powerful strawberry taste, without making your mouth cringe. It's something that I would definitly eat over and over again.

What's great is this one bar has 10 grams of protein, and only 180 calories (for the strawberry flavor). If you don't have time to get lunch, this is perfect to pack in your purse, or backpack, and eat on the go. A much better alternative to buying a bag of chips, or a candy bar out of the vending much- better alternative referring to better for you.

Pretty good compared to others..

My husband and I just started a new healthy living food and exercise style. I always ate Snickers protein bars, because I couldn't stand the taste of others, too gritty. I know these have more sugars in them, but are better than eating other snacks and we eat them as a midmorning snack to tide over till lunch. I have only tried the chocolately chip ones, but I think they are pretty good. I always rate a protein bar on how fast I have to run for water to get the sand taste out of my mouth!
