I tried Kelloggs Special K cereal years ago when their catch phrase was "Don't Pinch More Than an Inch" Unfortunately at the time, I could pinch more than an inch, and they promised to help me get into shape if I followed their guidelines. I did and it works. Kellogg's Special K makes it easy to get into shape and stay in shape. The cereal has a wonderful, almost Rice Krispy type crunch to it and has a very satisfying flavor. It doesn't get soggy easily in milk, and doesn't need sugar added to make it taste wonderful. Kelloggs Special K in the big boxes come in a huge variety of flavors now, but I like the single serving size boxes so I can take them to work for a mid day pick me up. With or without milk Special K tastes delicious. Adults and children love the satisfying taste. Upon their request, I bring some for coworkers now too, because they too want to get in on the Special K, Don't pinch an inch plan. It's becoming popular at my office.
