This is an excellent website if you are serious about losing weight. It allows you to input information on your current weight, how much you do (or don't) exercise, and your weight losss goals, and it gives you a plan to follow. It's so simple and it's free! It is a little time consuming to input all of the information into your food tracker but definitely worth it because it keeps you within your calorie range. If you do it in advance, you can see where your calories are going and make modifications to your day to stay within your range. I like it because it keeps me accountable for what I am eating and gives me motivation to exercise and meet my weekly goals. The message boards are a great way to stay motivated and involved.
I do wish they had more of an emphasis on eating healthy and eating within the food pyramid, in addition to the numbers. There are the folks who are fixated with trying to make a rice cake taste like a peanut butter cup, that type of thing, rather than eating veggies and whole grains. I would highly recommend this website for anyone wanting to lose weight, or just be held accountable for what they are putting into their bodies.
