I ran across this site a little over 2 weeks ago and I love it!!!!! I have already recommended it to quite a few people. I enjoy reading the articles and have everyone of them to be informative and I like being able to track my diet, letting me know even if I'm getting enough protein. And being able to add your own food in is great. If I don't have time to track one day, no problem just pick it back up the next. The exercises are very basic but really helpful and work. Everyone should give this site a try.
