The company's customer service is non-existent. I made a number of requests via e-mail to have a customer service representative contact me and the company has refused to do so. They do not stand by their faulty product or care about their customers in any way. I'm not surprised that they are not registered with the better business bureau seeing as how they would have many negative reviews. This company does not care about their customers and are very clear about that.
