I purchased these and they work great for all my winter blankets & winter clothes . — The zipper part at the top, was tricky at first but got the knack and love them. — Have had these for 3 years with no problems. — Also the travel space bag works great , you roll out the air. —… read full review »

Those space bags... what a joke! You pay a lot of money for something that does not work any better than a regular storage bag.  Oh, yes, they deflate and reduce the space needed to store them.... for a while. But soon you will find out that the air got back into those bags and they are… read full review »

I read some other people's complaints about Space Bags and also saw rave reviews. I read online that they had some new and improved material they were using for the bags. So many stores carry it (Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco, Wal Mart, Linens N Things, QVC, HSN...etc.) I thought maybe it was user error or that the product improved. With that in mind, I went to linens n things to purchase it so I could easily return it if they didn't work. I was so careful and treated the bag gingerly. I put the clothes in there, sucked out the air and was amazed at how well it worked. I then put it in… read full review »

I had seen these over & over & wondered if they really worked.   So, ended up ordering a set of them & was very disappointed.  There is no way I can work with these on my own so my husband has to help me get all the big clothing items into the bag & then while I hold the zipper part shut, he sucks out the air with the vacumn.  BUT, the zipper part doesn't always hold so you end up spending a lot of time just try to save a little space.   I'd say...save your money & buy another plastic storage container, possibly one that will slide under the bed to hold your… read full review »

As I said I love to try new things in hope that it would make my life a tad bit easier. My home is very small and don't have a lot of storage space. I was a little uneasy about these bags until I tried them. They are very easy to use and like the TV says they don't take up a lot of space. I have put in a extra large bag 4 winter jackets and 2 pairs of snow pants and still have room for a bit more, then vacuumed the air out and put them under the bed until next year. Why take up the closet space? Why use a rubber maid bin? … read full review »

I live in an aparment, so i am always looking for new storage ideas to reduce the clutter in my small space. I got the space saver bags to..well..save space. — Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I noticed that it depends on what you are putting into them. They work with pillows, stuffed animals, fluffy sweaters- anything that has a lot of air in it. It doesn't work for jeans, T-shirts, sheets, thin blankets or anything that folds pretty tightly. — The bags tend to inflate again over time- some get just a little air and still stay compact...others inflate all the way. … read full review »

I thought these would be a great idea as space is very limited around my house.  I decided I needed to store a comforter that I do not use any more, so I purchased the large bags.  After fighting with the bag for about 30 minutes to get the comforter in the bag and the bag sealed, I applied the vaccuum cleaner to suck the air out.  It appeared to be going pretty good up to a certain point and then it suddenly wasn't getting any smaller... the seal had broken, so I had to start all over.  After about an hour, I finally got it to work.  Although, the package is not… read full review »

I bought many space bags during a recent home remodel.  We washed EVERYTHING and put them into the space bags.  We had a large area under the stairs where they were stored, so the expansion from not staying sealed was alright.  If space were more of an issue, this would have been very disappointing.  When we moved, a few minutes with the vacuum and the bags were all very portable. … read full review »
