I've ordered from SpaLook several times and on the whole have been happy - however, I recently placed two orders, both of which were supposed to receive 2nd day FedEx shipping. It's been nearly a week, and only half of one order has arrived. They took two days to respond to one e-mail, and haven't responded to the other - and didn't notify me about items being on backorder. Two items from two earlier orders are also still on backorder - a month after the order. Frustrating, but fortunately I'm not in a huge rush for the items...I'm sure it will work out and I'll order from them again!
