I took my teenage daughter to look for a "Dependable" used car. We selected this dealership because of their TV adds. What a mistake!!!!

I have used this dealership more than once for warranty repairs on my car. The main reason I end up going to them is because they are the closest dealership to my home, and it is convenient to both home and work.
This dealership has repeatedly shown a lack of customer service. I have to drive my car daily, as I commute to and from work as well as take my son to and from school. Because it is a small vehicle it is also more cost-effective to drive it instead of our SUV due to the rising gas prices.

I went looking for a used commuter vehicle and looked up the listings on their website. I found a car and called to check on it. I was told it would be there when I got there. It was not. I got the "it just got sold" song and dance. I hate people who waste my time. Never again at this location.
