Southwest Airlines Review

Southwest airlines are really great! Not only do they offer very competitive fares they are very customer friendly and very prompt in adressing customer issues. We have flown with Southwest several times and have always enjoyed their level of service. The last time we flew with them we had a small issue and their customer service came through. When we booked the tickets 5 months back we didn't notice that our credit card had been charged twice. We had booked a lot of tickets so we somehow missed it while doing on online check in our account. But last month when my husband was going over our accounts he found that we had been charged twice. All he did was send out an email explaining the issue. 2 weeks later we get a call from a southwest employee saying that the money would be credited to our credit card!!!i was shocked!! never before have things been this easy to get a refund or rebate or any kind of help relating to customer service with anything!!Just an email did it!!usually it'll take hours of waiting and being bumped from one rep to the other and blah blah blah!! but this was real cool..Not sure if any other airline or any service provider would have done the same!
