I've had two incidences where SW came to my rescue. One, was for a flight that I booked the wrong weekend for. I called and asked with a cringe...'how much will it cost to change this flight over?' She said, 'oh, nothing... we're pretty leniant here.' WOW! The second incident was a flight that I missed altogether because of a missed connecting flight from a different airline. I called a few weeks later and said, 'is there any way that I can have a little credit for that missed flight?' The agent said, 'It looks like we've already credited that to your account...yes, I see here you have a $108 dollar credit on your next flight. Leniancy is SO key when your a frequent traveler, especially with the extra time taken nowadays at the airport.
