Pros

    nice price, on time most of the time, gets me to where i need to go, Smooth, simple, trouble-free., friendly no-hassle service

Cons
    doesn't fly everywhere...yet!

I love Southwest Airlines. It gets me from A to B. Never had any problems with Southwest and even if I had, you must take into consideration weather, circumstances, etc.

Southwest has great prices, they often throw in some humor prior, during the flight. So long as the aircraft is safe and gets me to my destination, I'm happy.
