Southwest Airlines —
we booked a long weekend to Las Vegas on Southwest airlines a vacation package. their was a comment box for if this was a special occasion, yes it was our 25th wedding anniversary and we were renewing vows with the king ,Elvis. The last time we flied to vegas about three years ago, we had fun with the attendants, very upbeat ,playing Las Vegas trivia the whole flight with free drinks as a prize for correct answers. This experience was sadly different, just a flight, no lighthearted attendants, no games, no recognition of our anniversary, why fill out the special occasion box?
