Southwest Airlines Review

I used to not care which airline I flew on -- the cheapest was the one I wanted. That was before the airlines started cutting down on the size of their seats, their services, and the flight attendants started getting burned out and surly. I recently ended up on a Southwest flight because it was the cheapest to get where I needed to go, and now Southwest is my preferred airline. They don't charge for baggage, their flight attendants are friendly, good-humored and generous with the snacks, and the seats are comfortable with leather upholstery and adequately sized. What a revelation! I had forgotten why I used to think it was fun to fly. So now I fly Southwest whenever possible -- it is competitive more now because of the baggage charge on other airlines. Do yourself a favor, and check Southwest out if they fly to your airport -- you'll remember why it is fun to fly, too!
