on time most of the time, gets me to where i need to go, Smooth, simple, trouble-free., outstanding rapid rewards program, nice price

Cons

cattle car seating, would like a reserved seat

Southwest Airlines is appreciative of its customers, and let's you know whenever you fly. The non-stop flights are great, so you don't have to be bothered with connecting flights. Being on time is very important, and they make every effort to achieve this. The cattle car seating is supposed to be improved now, but this is a minor hassle. The frequent flyer program is good. Discounted fares are offered frequently.
