I flew on Southwest Airlines from San Diego to San Francisco and was happy with the service. After boarding the plane the pilot got the word from SFO that there is a landing delay due to weather. Good thing the planes doors were not closed so he gave us the option to get off the plane for 1 hour and 20 min. I chose to stay in my seat and the crew was passing water to whoever stayed.

After we took off and was at cruising altitude they served drinks again with peanuts. They had alot of crew members so they served us very quickly. The chairs were comfortable.
