Southwest Airlines Review

My first business trip was on Southwest out of Providence.  I had to go to Austin, then to San Jose and back.  We made 9 stops on that whole trip, didn't miss an airport betwee here and there.  I understand that has changed.  My biggest gripe is the seating and the 'cattle call' to board the plane.  Yeah, they have good prices, but for a little more, you can be treated like a human being and not have to fight for a seat.

The crew was as friendly as you could possibly want.  Pilots cracked jokes etc.  All that is great and it does make the experience a little nicer, but I need a reserved seat. :-)
