South Park Review Summary

South Park ain't your Hanna-Barbara toon, folks. Created, animated, and often voiced by Matt Stone and Trey Parker, South Park has been on the air (Comedy Central) for 11 years and continues to make gigantic waves as "This show doesn't just push the envelope, it jabs and shreds the envelope." Combining potty mouthed children with social satire, "South Park manages to make powerful statements (political, sociological & ethical) using foul language, pop culture, flatulence jokes, and even UFOs". Each crudely drawn and animated episode takes a pot shot at some issue, organization and/or pop culture icon. Often disturbing, but never boring, "Watching South Park is like watching a car accident: one doesn't want to see it, but it is so engrossing and sick, that one keeps, well, watching.". This one is not for the kiddies, which is why it comes on at 10pm. If you like your satire, down, dirty and just plan scatological, South Park might be for you.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its South Park.

This TV show is not for kids............Unless you are an adult kid.........

There are some good, funny, laugh your butt off lines as well as Stupid, boring lines.....but I find it funny how they sometimes bleep out words but don't bleep out other words ha...

South Park is an addiction. I have been addicted to South Park since it premiered. Watching South Park is like watching a car accident: one doesn't want to see it, but it is so engrossing and sick, that one keeps, well, watching. South Park pulls no punches. Everyone and everything is game for attack. Eventually, every race, gender, religion or spieces will be violated by the writers. If you are offended by swearing, sexual jokes, racist and various religious slams, then do not watch South Park.

I am a conservative, and I think South Park is funny as all get out.

South Park has its great moments, yet its quality declines.

Recent episodes like Best Friends Forever show South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker at their best. However, there has been a trend of what seems like creative dry-spells during the last few seasons when Trey Parker writes a couple or a few episodes dealing with insane plots such as talking futuristic beavers, Imaginationland, or killer hamsters at the end of the season. The show's still worth watching, particularly if this humor is enjoyable to you, but it's not worth the wait to watch the premiers anymore. Funny, crude humor

This movie was rather funny. The singing sequels are the best part oddly enough, and the songs get stuck in your head easily. If you are offended easily, you most likely won't enjoy this movie or the sense of humor that makes the movie. If you're a South Park fan however, be prepared to enjoy a little slice of South Park goofiness.

South Park is hilariously funny. Often times, the writers will ridicule recent occurances to show how ridiculous they are. The characters are sooo funny. The plot is timeless and the show ideas never get old. I can see this show running for 20 or 30 seasons more. If it doesn't, I will be sad.
