The Kraft Company has come up with another healthy alternative which doesn't taste "healthy" but really is ... South Beach Living Four Cheese Pizza with Harvest Wheat Crust.  This is a "thin crust" pizza topped with a tasty tomato sauce and generous helpings of reduced fat Mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano and Asiago cheeses.  This is tasty and rich, but not overwhelming.

This six-inch (personal sized) pizza constitutes one serving which contains 340 calories with 100 calories from fat.  There are 11 grams total fat, four and a half grams saturated fat, zero trans fat, three grams polyunsaturated fat, two and a half grams monounsaturated fat, 20 mg. cholesterol, 660 mg. sodium, 37 grams total carbs, ten grams dietary fiber, four grams sugars, and 31 grams protein along with 10% (D.V.) Vitamin A, 45% Calcium, and 10% Iron.

TASTE TIP:

Basic cheese pizzas offer a chance to really get creative.  In this case, I topped the four cheeses with four whole black olives before heating so that there would be one olive on each quarter wedge.  The olives baked in beautifully as the cheese melted.

I can take em or leave em myself, love olive oil but olives just don't excite me much. ;)

I can hardly eat a black olive plain all by itself but I love them combined with the taste of something else.

With Asiago cheese it has to be good! Not a big fan of black olives but some portobello mushrooms would kick it up a notch for me! ;)
