I am surprised there is not much of a selection like the first time I joined South Beach. For my last 2 orders, I was given substitutes. I also noticed a lot of discontinued products that were actually pretty good but no longer available.

Ok! Wish they would've sent an email when they had to replace an item... I don't like getting 8 to 10 of the same thing unless I order that way! Discontinued my favorite items!😒 South Beach is cheaper than the other programs , but is it worth it without variety!

The good: I have found the food to be good; much better than I might have expected. And I am losing weight following the program. The website has a lot going on so can sometimes take a minute to find what you're looking for, but it has good information. The not-so-good: Their shipping policy makes me crazy. Your order gets processed on a specific day but then moves to shipping anywhere from 1-10 days later. For someone who is out of town a lot, this makes it very difficult to plan shipments, especially given that there are a lot of frozen meals in the delivery. Frustrating!

Let me say that I love the South beach diet. I want to lose weight with it. Right now there seems to be few choices. And no new is being offered. When something runs low it isn't replaced. I have heard a rumor that the manufacturer has been lost due to Covid. I hope that they can get this solved and get back to it's wonderful self. Please get it together and stay in business.

My biggest issue is the meal inventory. I would go to great lengths to make sure I was selecting meals I would eat, and instead I would get the ones I cannot or would not eat. It would be great to track dislikes, and not send those in case there are outages of certain meals.
