South Beach Diet — 

If you want instant results and look good in a bikini this diet was a quick fix for me.  Within days my husband and I noticed physical results.  My tummy got flatter and I fealt leaner.

The diet is quiete strict.  Especially the first phaze.  I certainely missed my fruit, and I got tierd of chewing.  I did not take any suppliments to help suppress appetite.  Maybe a didn't consume enough protein but I certainely fealt hungry constantly.  I was chewing on  vegetables all day long and grew tierd of chewing.  I fealt likea rabbit.  In my line of work I can't just chew on food all day long this was certainely a problem.  Maybe I could just have drank more vegetable juice or more water.  I never made it to the second stage.  I also gained the weight back imediately.  Ofcourse I didn't complete the whole course.

It is tempting to try again maybe with the help of appetite suppresents and lot's of fluids.
