South Beach diet too difficult to stick to.

I couldn't stick to this.  I was craving carbs so bad after 2 days I quit.  This is great if you don't mind not having toast with your breakfast.  Some of the recipe's in the book were good.  The TV dinners that you can buy are ok but you have to watch what week you are in when buying them.
