This is an excellent way to lose weight and keep it off. It does not have as many restrictions as Atkins therefore you are not depriving yourself. If you crave something sweet you have other healthier options that won't leave you wanting for something else sweet. It  takes fat and sodium content into consideration.It is also very diabetic conscious which results in alot less damage to organs later on in life.
