I try and take this whenever I feel sickness coming on and I feel like normally prevents it. If I don't take it in time and become sick, I'll still take a couple of capsules a day to try and get my immune system back up to fight the cold. It's packed full of vitamins and definitely won't hurt if you take it when you aren't feeling sick but I wouldn't recommend it. We really should try and keep our immune systems up without supplements - it's better to get vitamins from fresh vegetables. Taking the supplement while still eating bad foods really isn't all that helpful. But since whenever I get super stressed, I tend to fall ill, I try and recognize the stress and support my immune system so that I can try and ward off my cold.

In order for this to work for me I have to start taking it at the very first signs of imbalance in my body. If I feel a scratchy sore throat coming on, I start on Wellness Formula. I can't say this product has helped me every time I get sick, because when it fails it is my fault for not starting on it soon enough and giving the virus a foothold in my body. Not all stores in our area carry Wellness Formula, and it is pretty expensive. For this reason I stock up when it is on sale, and since I need to take it at the VERY first sign of illness it is important for me to have it in my medicine cabinet at all times.

Wellness Formula is an immune-boosting blend of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, herbs and other extracts. For example it contains garlic, vitamin C, Zinc, selenium, echinacea, propolis, olive leaf extract, goldenseal and grape seed extract. The whole list of ingredients in very long and has pretty much everything covered. It has been part of my vitamin regiment for years and I think I owe a lot of my good health to this supplement.This stuff is really miraculous - it has helped me get over many colds fairly painlessly not to mention avoid a lot of colds during flu season. For best results it should probably be taken all year round but during winter months it is an absolute must. And at the first signs of illness it should be taken more frequently than just once a day (of course it comes with exact instructions on the package). I think everyone should have one at hand at least during flu season.

I'm the person that gets every cold that comes along. And then I had kids and now they bring home all the germies from school. And now I get every cold that comes along plus. But I recalled when I was in high school that I took Wellness Formula and didn't get colds. So I got some and started taking them when flu and cold season hit, and when back to school came around. This year I've gotten two very mild colds that lasted only about 2 days. Nothing like the colds I usually get. I up my intake of Wellness Formula when I feel like I'm fighting something and well, the proof is in my immunity. I fight off whatever comes along. These are incredibly strong smelling and tasting. They are also reasonably large. That said, these perform! They do what they say and they do it well! I'd stopped taking them for a while because I was pregnant, and you also should not take them while breastfeeding. But now that I'm not, Wellness Formula is again part of my arsenal. You should try it too!

I take this formula to prevent sickness in our home. I will give it to my son as soon as he is a year old. it has honey in it and babies aren't allowed to have honey till they are a year. my nephews and neices love taking this tincture. i take the liquid form and find it to not taste bad at all. during the winter season i take this every night about 1 tbs spoon full along with elderberry extract. I'm very prone to get sick in the winter with high levels of the flu/cold going around. I also have had lot of mastitus (if you don't know what that is, google it) It's no fun at all. Since i've been taking the wellness formula i've been able to ward off the colds and mastitus...still keeping my fingers crossed that i'll stay healthy. I really like this formula because it doesn't taste foul like most tinctures and it has goldenseal in it, it's an awesome herb helps to drain the mucus from your sinuses.
