Best DVD creation software I have used.

Over the past couple of years I have tried numerous DVD authoring/creation software packages.  Each time they would fall short of needs and expectations.  Then I discovered Vegas Studio 8.  Vegas Studio comes in three flavors: Standard, Platinum, and Pro.  I have been using the Platinum version because it fits my needs.  Pro offers advanced editing tools for those needing to do more than what the Platinum version can offer.  For me, the Platinum version has almost everything I want and more.  I was able to edit my video, add chapters, create professional looking menus, and burn to a DVD... review »

Sony Vegas Sudio Pro 8 is a great Video Editing program. Over the years I have tried many programs and so far Vegas does what many others couldn't seem to do for me. Though I also use other "more advanced" programs, Vegas is the easiest, fastest and most favored. Wether it's a home video, a more advance edit or just "for fun" editing....this program does it all.

 If you are looking for a program that will allow you to edit a video in an easy and fast manner this is the program for you. It's got Green Screen capabilities...Color Corrector, Transitions, Media Generators, and it even edits audio!...

Very easy to use, built in tutorials are not only informational but they directly aid the user in the task. Help file is easy to use as well. Various output formats available. Powerful editor.
