In terms of performance, the N21S/W is let down somewhat. The main problem is being the amount of installed memory, which is onlg 1GB. When running vista, this is simply not enough. The machine seems to take an age to boot up, and loading applications takes much longer than it should. Even when you disable many of Vista's memory consuming features, the laptop still runs slowly. As proof of this, I recently upgraded to 2BG of ram, and the difference is astounding.
