This computor is very reliable, fast and sleek computor. I've dropped it, had the screen crack once and its still going strong. It is alittle heavy but otherwise still portable in a lap top bag. I like the screen size(about 15 in) which is good for skyping with the family, watching movies on it, etc. The pictures quality I'd give 8 of out 10. The battery doesn't hold long though, maybe 2-3 hours.The sound goes quite high so you don't need speakers. I will always buy a Vaio brand. Ease of Use Easy to understand it's keys and plug ins, even for novice like me. Battery Life The battery life is its major downfall i think, lasts maybe 3 hours. Support & Service It's sturdy when propped up and responds quickly. Speed/Performance Performs great, the speed is alright. Design It could still be alittle more light weight but otherwise sleek. Durability It's standed the busy life of me so yes it very durable. It's built with Sony quality.
