This product is really good in helping type messages to your friends, but the positioning does seem a bit awkward and the buttons are kind of small. Performance The performance worked as advertised. This Sony PS3 Wireless keypad/chatpad is one the best products I've used for the ps3. It makes it easier to type anything into the ps3 instead of using the small onscreen keypad that they have and having to delete and start over all the time. I've had this product for two years already and I have never had an issue or problem with it. I have three small children that also use it and throw it around and it has yet to break. I also like the fact that it is wireless and makes for easy use without having to plug it in to the usb slot to use. Performance Works very well, I have had no issues with this product whatsoever. Durability I have 3 kids that also use it and it has lasted through that so i'm pretty sure it could last through anything. It is very durable. Design Good design standard qwerty. I like it better than the onscreen keyboard that ps3 provides. Its easier just to use the keypad than to have to go to each letter with the controller to input the word you want to use. Comfort could be a little bigger but overall works good.
