These headphones are great. I have had them for over a year and used them in all sorts of conditions and they are still in great condition. The sound quality is really great for the price. They are affordable and come in a variety of colors. Sound Quality Can really block out the outside noise. Comfort They give you various ear bud sizes so you have to pick the right one for maximum comfort. Design Many color options.

While I like the clear sound that come out when plugged either to my cell phone or radio/CD player I get uncomfortable with them on around 20 minutes later because with the ear phone in it cover some of the outside noise and for some reason after a while I start to feel pressure in my head as if I'm going to get a headache until I take them off. I know that it is something that might only happens to me so I will say that disregarding my discomfort the sound of my Sony ear plugs are good and come out clear. The cable feels strong and doesn't seem like they will short out easily what with putting them away and sometimes getting tangle which is good because I've had an RCA headphone that the right side shorted out in about a month because when I put them away and hand to roll up the cable a bit so they don't hang out there. This one I've done what I've done with the other ones and they are still in perfect working condition 2 months later.

Honestly for the price you're paying here I dont think you get the full quality of what you pay for. The quality is ok but this set breaks sooo easily! I have bought two of them and it happened twice, don't really know what's going on there. Either way sound quality is not up to par with these and I have been using sony headphones religiously for awhile, def check out others before investing in these. Durability the tear very easily! never had it happen before!

These headphones are not only lightweight, but don't hurt your ears even when flying cross-country.  The sound quality is great and the sound stays in your ears so others can't hear what you're listening to.  These headphones stay in your ears even while at the gym, including running.

These are fairly priced and us parents don't have to listen to whatever our teens are listening to when they use these headphones!!!!!! I have two teenagers and they are always listening to their music. The horrible part is when they really like the song that they are listening to, us as parents also have to listen to that same song with them!!!! My son bought a pair of these headphones and I can't hear that screeching coming out of his ears like usual. The only bad thing about them is that when he has them on, he can't hear a thing that I say to him unless I am standing right next to him. The fun part of these headphones is that I can sneek up on him and scare him to death because unless he is looking at me, he can't hear a thing.

These are nice mid-level headphones by Sony. Good sound, nice bass. The design blocks out external noise fairly well.These earbuds are stylish and come with several bud covers for a customized fit.The cord is just the right length and detachable in the middle in case you accidently yank it.These earbuds are great for the gym or jogging. I don't have any problems with the buds falling out.Overall a good product, not the best sound in the market, but good for mid-level headphones.

I have gone through 2 sets of these headphones in the past 5 years. They will start to fray at the wires if you use them on a regular basis and especially on the move (such as running or going to the gym). The sound they produce is quite good, especially considering that they are earphones, and especially considering their price point. They are a little bit heavy on the bass side however. The volume is quite good...but there is a little bit of sound leakage audible. If you don't want other people listening to what you're hearing and you like listening to your music at a louder-than normal volume: you ought to look elsewhere for earbuds. The earphones come with a nice case to allow for shortening the cord and a nice little extension cord so that you can use them at several lengths. They also come with earplugs of various sizes, so that you are assured of finding one that will fit your ear size.

I received these headphones as a Christmas gift for my Zune. My Zune headphones had quit working and I needed another pair. I didn't really know what to expect with these headphones as I did not pick them out and did not do any type of research on them. I really enjoy them. They fit very nicely in my ears. There are other silicone ear pieces if you need larger or smaller ear pieces. They have a good sound. I do not listen to music as much as I do podcasts, so people who are looking for great sound out of their headphones may want to choose another pair. They do a very good job of blocking out other sounds so you do not have to turn your MP3 player up to loud and ruin your hearing. I did not buy them, but I do not believe they are a very expensive headphone. These headphones also came with a convenient carrying case. I do not use the case, but for some people this may be a plus. My only complaint about these headphones is that one of the medium sized silicone ear pieces that I use falls off every once in a while. I am not sure why yet and fortunately I have not lost it yet. Overall, I would recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a good, quality set of earphones for a decent price.

Finally. I finally found some headphones that stay in my ears. I thought maybe I was a freak of nature. Everyone you see on the street or in the gym has the white IPOD headphones stuck in their ears. Not me. I would try so hard to stick them into my ears, but always they fell out. Thus began my search for something that would fit. I tried many different kinds when my daughter had me try her headphones. I had found my nirvana. I had found my Sony MDR-EX71SL. These sweet little headphones are not your large round clunky headphones that balance somewhere in your ear cavity. They have rubber heads that you screw into your ears. They come with three different sizes for those of us with different size ear holes. The rubber is soft and pliable. The best part of these headphones is that I can't hear anything else when I have them in. I have them stuffed in my ears right now, and I can see what my family is doing and what they are watching on TV, but I am blissfully listening to my music and writing this review. Priceless!
