This is the nicest television I've ever owned! I had a larger Sharp flat screen before this that can't compare in sound and picture quality! The colors are vibrant and sharp. The blacks are REALLY black and not grey, like some other flat screens. The controls are fairly simple to navigate with lots of preferences! Picture Quality The quality of this television's picture cannot be beat! Sound Quality There is a little reverberation in the speaker when you turn it up really loud that could be alleviated with a home stereo system attached. Durability So far, this is a very durable television. Design The design is sleek and light-weight. The frame is shiny black on the front and matte black on the back. The television swivels on a pedestal which is a great feature! Performance Beautiful! Great picture with bright color and sharp screen!

As far as electronics go, I prefer nicer things that will last a long time. Thats why when I was shopping for a TV, I ended up choosing the Sony Ex500. The picture is crisp and smooth, and at 120hz, looks very clean. The blacks aren't washed out like some other plasma/LCD tvs and the design looks great amongst my other "monolitic" home theater stuff. Other findings: -If you own a PS3, you can turn on the tv by pushing the PS3's power button, kind of a cool feature, but not something I would buy the TV soley for. -Motion flow can get blocky if a scene has alot of motion. (think action movies) -Has a low power consumtion -LOTS of HDMI inputs -Optical audio out is nice, and I use it with my 5.1 surrond sound system (works great) -Nice design/menus

Where do I begin to say this tv is awesome,it's got almost every hookup imaginable,the picture and sound are all amazing,this has got to be a tv to own for anyone! if your looking for a Tv look no further this is it,go ahead look at see what it brings back to watching Movies and Tv in the house,no longer will you be sitting at your familys,or friends house watching their sweet Tv.,because with this thing they'll forget about they're own and come to your place now.Also if your looking for easy setup bingo your set with this as always sony keeps topping themselves with amazing techological advances and won't stop,I highly recommend this Tv for anyone wanting a New Tv for Games,movies,General tv viewing etc,you can't go wrong with this Television! also you can expect it to be well because it's from sony,like I said ealier in this they always make great Tv's and I'm not one to flaunt about brands except maybe this time.Sony keep it up.
