The Sony Handycam HDR-SR1 Camcorder is a nice new model of the Sony Handycam, which presents HD quality images, and doesn't need tapes or discs to save its images and videos. With a 30 GB internal memory, and the ability to attach a secondary drive, the camera provides not only a lot of space to save all of the videos and images, but a great battery to keep it working for hours. According to one reviewer, they were able to fit more than 20 hours of video footage on the SR1 before having to transfer anything to their computer. Other reviewers remarked about the quality of picture that the camera provided, and loved that they could use the camera with a blu-ray writer in order to get the best possible results from their videos. Other opinions that reviewers had about this camera included that "the playback quality was awesome", "takes flawless shots", and that "its small and weightless".
