Like a big Android smartphone
We love our Sony TV with Google built in. In many ways, it's like an oversized smartphone, which cuts down on the learning curve because in so many ways, it looks and operates just like our phones. The alpha-numeric remote is also a nice touch, giving a full keyboard for many functions, such as accessing the Internet via the included Google Chrome browser. And you can download and add more apps for more functions, just like on your phone. Picture Quality The picture is crystal clear, blacks are deep but not overwhelming, colors are vibrant and realistic. And the HD is so sharp, you can count the zits on the actors' faces. Sound Quality The sound quality is probably as good as most TVs, but it doesn't match the performance you can get from a sound bar or a true surround-sound system. Durability I haven't tried dropping it or anything, but it definitely feels like a solid TV. The housing is glass and plastic, but it doesn't feel cheap in any way.
