I am on my fourth pair of these in about four years, which tells you two important things: — — 1. the rubber coating on the cord of *some* pairs is delicate and gets shredded easily, and — — 2. This headhones a really good for music that have a lot of bass in it like rap but in other gtypes of music like rock it sounded a lttle muffled.
