Great screen - large and bright.

appreciative of good service, expecting good, fair service, a mobile phone user, simple is good, a woman

Pros

beautiful screen resolution, easy to use walkman, nice size for a pocket or purse

picks up too much backround noise

I love the size and look of this phone. The screen is larger than my last phone and much brighter; it is easy to read. The phone itself is a little better than average, but I do get a lot of complaints about backround noise from the people I am talking to. (I have been asked to close the car window when it was already closed!) I find that the people I am talking to sound a little muffled at times.

Having the mp3 player is nice, but you can not fast forward through part of a song, like you can with the razr.

My phone came with a memory card.
